Once the setup is done and your account is activated, you will get access to verified service requests posted by customers who are in need of a service provider.

You will see all the service requests in the app’s ‘LEADS’ section.

On the InstaService Pro app, you will see a "Connect With Customer" button with all service requests posted. If the post matches your services, preference & qualifications, you can click the "Connect With Customer" button to get connected with that customer.

After connecting with a customer on the InstaService Pro app, you have the ability to send personalized quotations and offers, as well as communicate with them through calls and chats. This will help you to discuss the service details and finalize the service agreement.
